Who regulates Nevada sportsbooks?

The Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) has exclusive authority over every licensed sportsbook in the state — retail, mobile, and kiosk. The governing statute is NRS Chapter 463. No operator can legally take a bet in Nevada without NGCB licensing.
